The 52nd Chapter - Staying in your moment.

Today - another year has passed and a brand new year is now upon us.  The opportunities and possibilities are endless.  I am excited and open to what will transpire this year.  One thing I have learned is the importance of staying in the moment - as by staying in the moment is where I am able to feel the joy that life is meant to be given to each and everyone of us.

By looking into the future or by staring too far into our pasts - forces us to close up for seeing all the opportunities of what life is presenting to you right now in the present.  By staying in the moment this allows you to be open and receptive to what you truly seek.

What choices are you going to make this year?  It is truly an open book for you to fill with positive growth and living the adventure of life.  Although this year has just begun and is only ten hours old - it seems like people are filled with optimism and the thought this year is going to be a great year.

Staying in the moment is a struggle of mine in the past and as such I have missed out on some joy.  Over the last three weeks the adventure and growth I  have experienced on a daily basis - is new to me.  I would have never imagined the gifts that were given to me over this last year was even possible.  As I reflect over the last while of all the different people I have met and experiences I have had, it truly brings joy to me.

At times it is almost overwhelming when I think of all the positive things I have been able to experience.  The calmness that I feel right now is incredible - a feeling of peace.  The feeling of finding myself and being 100% comfortable in  my own skin is amazing.  I heard of people talk about this concept before but never could fully relate to how that felt.  Now I do - it took 42 years but it is here.

It seems like the learning cycle in me has increased lately and I am in awe of what the next few years will bring.  The thirst for knowledge and growth is ever stronger now in me.  As the universe will provide for me, I can hardly form a single thought right now with all the excitement I am feeling.

It has been a difficult journey for me and to those of you that need that feeling - don't give up and I encourage you to not give up on your true quest of life's journey.

The start of you living your life's adventures might be just around the corner for you.  All the hard work might be getting close for you to start feeling the rewards.
