July 15/17
I was recently able to experience a live theater event where the overall theme was about a family and realization of growth. There was a reoccurring theme of when the children were young and growing a sense of joy and exploring with amazement as a foundation. Then as time progressed some issues came up and caused areas of friction in which caused a life that was not so magical for all.
After that stage was complete there was a realization that friction stage was not as significant as thought in their moment. This is were emotions of regret would now surface and the time spent on regret was not adding value as there was not the option to change the past.
This pattern reoccurs in all we do the only difference is the amount of time during the beginning to the end of the cycle for us. The second stage is critical to realize when you are at and ensure you are making decisions that can enable you to lower the friction as much as possible. The concept of the theory of reality is applied while your going through this stage. Acknowledge your friction and don't let it have an long term effect on your growth and others around you.
Do a self assignment at these times and determine what changes are required on our part. Don't discount your feeling of realization yet ensure your maintain your balance to get through this stage as quick as possible.
By teaching yourself to get through these stages quickly this will allow you to pass your competition. The competition can be in the form of your negative thoughts or your direct competitors in your work life. At the end of the day if you move quick through this stage you will cross your finish line first.
The other important objective will be lowing the negative impact on others around you. As you look back at some of your challenges and how you have impacted others. Did you create an experience that allowed your friends to help you climb your mountain? Or did you push others away during your stage realization of misunderstanding? Either result will grow your momentum of your choices.
Learn to recognize where your at in your stage cycle and learn from your mistakes. One experience at a time, learn how to integrate your life's lesson and seek what gift life is teaching you during that experience. Realize that your family is a powerful influence on you and that influence is directly given back to them from you.
